How HUTS Would Design This Lot: We would go for a two lot subdivision approval for this parcel, in order to maximize the investment — but also to maintain the rural, bucolic character of the area by not over developing the land. Lot #1 would remain largely private, with a long run driveway leading to a Small L nestled into the meadow, reminiscent of our Endless Meadow project. Lot #2 would incorporate both public and private zones, with a street facing ADU, which would then connect to the driveway, leading beyond a break in the stone wall towards a private Medium Bar.
